DISCLAIMER

By purchasing my art commissions, you automatically agree to my terms of services.
Commissions requests will be declined if the following terms are not agreed by the client.

• AI training with my art is strictly prohibited. Please do not upload the commissioned piece or any of my artworks to AI sites.
• NFT usage for the commission work is strictly prohibited.
• Refunds are not allowed once the first draft for the commission is sent to the client.

General

• Clients are expected to read all of my terms of service.
• Clients are expected to understand the general pricing of my commissions services.
• Clients are NOT authorized to claim the work of the artwork as their own.
• Anytime the artwork is showcased by the client, a direct link tracing back to one of my socials must be included in the post.
• Clients are NOT authorized to heavily change, modify, edit or trace my works as a base without my permission.
• Clients can use the commissioned artwork as personal use, such as but not limited to: Avatar icons, phone and/or computed wallpapers and profile displays.
• Private prints of the commissioned piece are allowed by the client as long as it is for the client's PERSONAL USE ONLY. (not for sale).
• Personal commissions are not meant for commercial purposes. Do not use the commissioned piece for any sorts of income, unless previously discussed.

Artist

• I reserve the right to post the commissioned piece in my galleries for any reasons. Meaning publishing the artwork on my socials and/or displaying it in my portfolio. If art is not meant to be posted until an especified date, I'll wait acordingly.
• I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

Subjects not comfortable with

• Furry art, mecha, elderly characters, bara, fetish art, hateful art, offensive art, gore/violent art, anything that makes me uncomfortable or that i'm not used to illustrate.

Commercial use agreement

• Commercial use and/or royalties for a commission will mentioned and agreed by the client and the artist beforehand.
• Minimun price increase is x1.5 of the original price. I reserve the right to charge more if I deem fit.
• commercial use examples: Reproducing and selling the commissioned artwork, publicly and/or privately, uploading the artwork to platforms where you receive profit. (Patreon, YouTube, Twitch, etc).

NDA/Privacy request

• If you wish for the finished artowk and/or process of this one to be private, it must be stated beforehand during the ordering process.
• NDA fee starts at 100 usd.

Commissions

• Please make your request as clear and detailed as possible, to avoid any missunderstandings.
• If the requested character for the commission is extremely detailed, I'll then charge a fee for it. Client will be notified of this fee before any transactions. Clients are allowed to make changes to the work request in this case, such as changing the character, sending other versions of the character or agreeing in to simplifying the design in the finished artwork.
• Please note that i only offer digital artwork services. I am not required ever to ship any physical items unless it was explicitly discussed beforehand.

Payment

• I will only accept $USD via Paypal or Wise as payment. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
• Clients are expected to pay 100% of the price upfront before I start with the work. Unless otherwise discussed.
• Do not send me any kind of payment until I have confirmed your commission request, i'll request the payment trough a Paypal invoice method. Unless stated beforehand.
• Clients are required to contact me in case of wanting to cancel a commission request.

Refunds

• Clients can request 100% refund of the payment if i haven't started working with the sketch.
• Once the initial sketch is started and sent to the client, there will be NO REFUNDS.
• If i ever cancel the client's order and decide to not work on it anymore, i'll refund 100% of the payment.
• Clients are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

Work speed and deadlines

• The turnarround time for completition of an art piece is 3 weeks to 2 months. Vtuber model works are subject to their own time frame depending on the complexity and details.
• Deadlines needs to be mentioned by the client beforehand, prior to payment.
• Rush fees will be discussed if needed.

Revisions

• Clients will be sent a WIP (‘work in progress’) image trough e-mail or DM's after 100% of the payment is completed.
• Up to two major revisions can be made during the sketch phase of the artwork. Only minor adjustments can be made afterward.
• I am not responsible for any unsatisfactory element of the finished design if no feedback was given to amend it.
• Clients can request a WIP at any given times.
• Any major changes to the character or subject will be subject to a fee, the fee will depend on the complexity of the change.
• After the order is completed, minor changes are allowed by the client if i missed to represent any character details.

Final artwork

• Credit to me, the Artist, is required when you post or use the finished commission artwork on another platforms.
• The Client is responsible of saving and/or doing backups of the finished commision artwork.
• I'll only save the commissioned files up to 3 months. However, I cannot guarantee against computer failure or accidental deletion or loss.
• I am not required to post your project in any of my galleries or social media feeds.

Workflow

[email protected]1. Once sent the request, please wait for my reply. If i accept your commission, payment will be asked trough PayPal invoice or Wise.2. Once payment is sent, i'll send the client a sketch during the next days.3. Changes can be made during the sketch phase of the commission. Fees will be applied if have to redraw the complete sketch multiple times. Once the sketch is aproved by the client, i'll work until completition of the piece. Client can ask on updates of their commission at any times.4. When the illustration is finished, i'll send all files in high-resolution via Google Drive. Depending on the type of artwork, i'll send different versions of the illustrations and/or transparent backgrouds. Client can request small adjustments in this stage.5. Depending on the complexity of the artwork, it will take me between 3 weeks to 2 months for completition. Vtuber model works are subject to their own time frame depending on the complexity and details.
